A detached garage at the bottom of the garden was the ideal spot for a home gym: separate from the house, easy to access and big enough for a full set of weights.
We insulated and lined the building, added mirrors, a rubber gym floor and powerful electrics, so the space is warm in winter, cool in summer and ready for serious training.

New consumer unit supply, lighting, sockets and heating installed, with the walls and roof insulated.
Heavy-duty rubber flooring laid and wall mirrors fitted.
